About Us

What makes us, us.

Insert guitar solo.

We are true Seattleites. We're fiercely creative, innately innovative, and well caffeinated. We're a special combination of high tech and high concept. And because we're part of Wunderman, we bring resources and specialists in 175 offices and 60+ countries to the stage, too.

What we do

Highly capable.
Like Everest high.

We're a full-service creative agency who, just like you, lives in a digital world. And because we're so in tune with that world, our capabilities are always expanding. Developing new technologies, even entirely new channels, is second nature to us, because when you look as close as we do at the human experience, the solutions never stop coming.

Culture

A whole tribe of talent.

We're what you would call "people" people.

We attract a rare breed of artists, writers, developers, designers, thinkers, scientists, and, yes, accountants, who are whip smart, crazy fun, and truly original. The way we see it, creativity is everyone's job here. It's not just about a giant office building stocked with every chip that Frito-Lay has ever made. That's a given. It's about being effective and imaginative in everything we do.

  • Craig Evans
    Chief Creative Officer

Craig oversees all creative endeavors at Wunderman Seattle ensuring the work we create is equal parts amazing and results-smashing.

Prior to Wunderman, he's been a principal at his own agency — twice. First, at Big Bang Idea Engineering then matthews|evans|albertazzi. He served a 5-year CD stint at Y&R SoCal, a 6-year tour at Wunderman Los Angeles before joining Wunderman Seattle in September 2015.

He's worked with some big brands: National University, SDSU Health, Microsoft, T-Mobile, Land Rover, Qualcomm, Callaway Golf, Toshiba, Southwest Airlines, Hilton, Shell, the Padres, the Dodgers and quite a few more.

He's won some big awards. He enjoys public speaking. Maybe you caught his presentation on loyalty programs at 2015 SXSWi.

  • Kellee Lambeth
    SVP, Chief Financial Officer

Kellee joined the Wunderman team 15 years ago.

As the SVP Chief Financial Officer, Kellee oversees the finance and administration functions across the organization, including accounting, procurement, financial planning and analysis, internal and external audits, and contract negotiations. Kellee has 28 years of experience working for global companies supporting domestic and international operations that include entire business units and sales and marketing organizations.

She brings a wealth of experience, having handled all client financial requirements and ensuring compliance with ISO and SOX as well as government and health care regulations and reporting for top clients such as Jaguar, Land Rover, SCE, Health Net, Mattel, Invisalign, Callaway, Toshiba, Jenny Craig, Hilton, El Pollo Loco, Southwest Airlines, Microsoft, and T-Mobile.

  • Jen Patterson
    Chief Strategy Officer

Well-traveled and multi-lingual, Jen Patterson is the Chief Strategy Officer at Wunderman Seattle.

Prior to joining Wunderman Seattle, Jen worked at three other agencies: DeutschLA, where she headed up planning and established Deutsch's first Latino division; la comunidad in Miami where her Spanish got really good as head of planning; Wieden+Kennedy where over her 10 years she swapped one rainy city (Portland) for another (London).

Jen has worked on a lot of brands, including Coca-Cola, Starbucks, Miller, Citibank, BestBuy, DIRECTV, Netflix and Target.

She speaks Spanish and French. She's lived both the UK and France. (She would consider living in Miami as living abroad as well, though technically it lies within US borders.) After a lot of nomadic roaming, Seattle feels like home.

  • Michael Joseph
    VP, Client Services Director

Michael Joseph is a seasoned marketing professional with over 17 years experience developing and managing marketing programs and initiatives for consumer and commercial companies.

Michael brings to Wunderman Seattle a balance of strategic and client relationship skills with experience in CRM, digital advertising, and emerging media such as social and mobile. Since joining Wunderman Seattle seven years ago, Michael has managed across the following accounts: Microsoft, T-Mobile, Group Health, Adidas, Puget Sound & Energy, driving business results, innovation, and industry learning for his clients.

Prior to joining Wunderman Seattle, Michael worked for multiple agencies for brands such as Sports Illustrated, SI.com, Saks-Fifth Avenue, AT&T Wireless, Hertz, CNN, Sega, and FXNetworks.com.

Michael grew up in White Plains, New York and is a graduate of the University of Hartford. Michael and his wife Michelle originally had planned to stay in Seattle for only two years. It is now nine years later and he's added two kids, Nate and Neko and a dog, Camper, to the family roster...but he still doesn't own any Tevas.

  • Belinda Leworthy

Belinda's passion for global marketing stems from nineteen years spent in the marketing and advertising industry. During this time she has worked in both agency and client roles, with remits spanning global, local, and the intersection of the two on global network accounts. Her experience includes business and worldwide operations management as well as managing campaigns and accounts for Microsoft, Oracle, Telstra, HP, SAP, Qantas, AGL and Alcatel.

Belinda holds a Bachelor of Arts (Communication) from University of Technology, Sydney. Originally from Sydney, Australia, she now resides in Seattle, WA, with her husband and sons.
